Accurate except Sig chi isn't falling. They're the same as always but actually have a good PC

delt is not falling, and I wouldn't say aepi is rising also..

Rising: Delt, Kappa Sig, SAE
Falling: TKE (HARD), Sig Chi (they don't socialize enough to still be considered best of the best)
