anyone transfer from miami u to osu?

Hey OP! I transferred from Miami and let me tell you, it was the BEST decision I've ever made. Miami was.. Fun... But here, I genuinely love all the aspects. Sports, the people are so much nicer and welcoming, and Greek life is the way I want it to be. I felt like people at Miami were all the same and I wanted more of a melting pot experience. It took me going there to realize all of this, so I'm glad I went for my freshman year to realize what I did not want in my college experience, but I am beyond glad I transferred here. I also transfered and it was the best decision of my life. Oxford was a WASPY silo stuck in the middle of a corn field. I felt like I was in a bubble. I feel better prepared for going out in the world finishing at Ohio State.

When you get to OSU become involved. Once you are in organizations, it makes a large university much smaller. I absolutely love it here.

I'm in a sorority and am very happy. I think I would have still happy with my decision to transfer even if I wasn't involved in Greek Life. \n\n\n\n\n
