Which fraternities are rising in rank after the past 2 pledge classes? Any small ones make it into relevancy? Any middle tier starting to crack the top?

KapSig, SAE, Phi Delt, ATO, Fiji and AEPi are the ones noticeably getting better (some better than others). Every frat is getting better quality guys tho.

As another poster said all frats are getting better tbh. All of greek life as a whole is getting more selective which is a good thing. Of the top of my head the only small frat that maybe has become relevant and grown is Chi Phi. Beta is too new and dosent have a house so I dont consider them relevant but they are getting there.

In terms of established frats that have been getting better I would say SAE, AEPI, and ATO.

Honestly, its very hard for new frats to become relevant and relevant frats to become "top tier". It takes a lot of time and consistent good pledge classes not just 1 or 2.

Beta has a real block patterned next year. So they're honestly ahead of chi Phi (what do they do that makes them relevant). Other than that ZBT is doing pretty well and have very consistently been doing better year after year. They might be on their way. I'd say all 3 are around the same level

I would say that SAE, Phi Delt and ATO have made some improvements over the school year. AEPi is still questionable, but they did step it up a bit. K Sig and Fiji still have a way to go.
