2016 block
by: confusedAre there new block pairings yet or better guesses as to what is going to happen? My sorority starts voting soon but I want to know what other pairs are happening. Are Delt and SAE holding blocks or no?

SAE is holding block at the Sammy house, while Delt is holding block at their annex. While they are both living in Sammy, SAE was never STEP approved and had a property lawyer revise their lease so that they could party there. Delt needed to get their side of Sammy STEP approved while their main house gets redone, so they cannot party in their portion of the house.

Sae had their portion of the house locked down with leases signed 2 months before delt got their half. Sae has the newest, white half of the house with all the party areas while the brick side is mostly just rooms. It may be true that delt isnt allowed to party in their half based on their lease but no one would sign a lease with intention to party there if it explicitly says you cant party there. And I'm sure they do have a lawyer, the entire situation seems like a mess.

ZBT did not ask AOpi. Also Pike and AEPh already did block this year so they aren't likely.

That's not true they asked multiple sororities? I know you think you're super pencils but calm down. A lot of frats ask several sororities and who cares if they did or didn't.

actually there was an exact tie between pike and aepi so they're doing a revote this week so it could be either one
