Alpha Phi had to snap bid this year...only other sorority that I heard had to snap bid was AOPi. Goes to show that being selective and exclusive has its downfall.

they're so obsessed with themselves and being top tier its sort of sickening. I mean, im sure its fun if youre in it. but they're so obsessed with being dolled up and being the skinniest and craziest girls on campus that its somewhat demonic. they hung out with phi psi a whole lot before they got the boot.

If the university of michigan post regarding their recruitment strategies shows us ANYTHING, if they want you, they'll pair you with a hot girl during recruitment. If they don't, you'll be talking to their "weaker" recruiters. It's a national problem of degrading current members, potential new members, and being so shallow to only "genuinely" care about looks. I can't believe that alpha phi as a national organization says it has values, this is mind blowing to me. Sisterhood? AKA a bunch of middle aged women judging 18 y/os? Count me out. If you want a real sisterhood far beyond your first month as a member, join any of the other sororities on our campus. If you want to be pawned out for an instagram/vsco post, googly eyed-frat boys, join alpha phi on any campus. This one chapter is not an exception to the toxic culture that sweeps this organization nationally.

I would hardly believe someone from michigan would get into this website to talk about their recruitment process. Someone is trying really hard to discredit OSU and if you really are from michigan worry more about the condescendent attitude of your students that complaining about a sorority
