Throw one of the lamest parties I have ever been to and call the police on other peoples parties. Biggest group of losers ever, and as a girl I’ve never felt as creeped out by guys as I was at their parties. S N I T C H E S.

I love this frat so much. I have recently met a lot of the brothers and I have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. I love how different everyone is and how well each person gets along with one another. The house is so cool and cleaner than most. I went to their formal and it was the most fun weekend I have had since I got to college. Love these guys. Amazing people

theta xi is the most underrated frat. their halloween party had a line going all the way down the street and it was the best frat party i have ever been to. plus the guys are so sweet

Went with my roommates one night for a party and it was super boring, i saw they have random tenants, my bf told me one of the tenants was a convicted violent felon. I will never go near this place again
