Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Ohio State University - OSU 3.2 So Phi Psi has really changed recently. Honestly, they think their pledge class is so cool, but in reality they are just really douche. It is actually a huge turn off and I see them declining in the future.
