Very cool and laidback dudes. They mainly keep to themselves and are very respectful of both fraternities and sororities. They have been too in grades for all FSL life for the past 6 years.

Theta Chis are great. They’re a good balance of party and academics. It seems like they’re super involved in intramurals and a bunch of other stuff on campus. A few of their guys are corny but most of them are great. I wish they threw more parties, but their house is dry and they have few spots to throw.

Clean house, helpful Brothers, there’s a smaller group within thats down to party and party with girls. Easier to manage priorities in this house.

Pretty chill dudes but they over hyped their PC19 and kinda made them jerks. Clearly a great group of guys but with a bit of an ego problem. Other than in need of a little humility, they are chill.
