These guys have the best physical house. As soon as the younger guys and newer members do what they want, they will start partying hard.. happens with all fraternities, the traditions of a chapter always change over time

They get a much worse rep than they deserve. All the Delts who I have met are good guys. They only let members into their parties which is a huge plus because you don't have to worry about random guys being creepy. Love to party there (especially on the hill!)

KDs are super chill. They're smart but they know how to party AND be classy. They seem to have a really strong sisterhood and really take care of one another. I have classes with a few KDs and I've never heard them talk bad about other houses. They don't really have a reputation but they're nice girls
