Definitely a bottom tier house. Brotherhood is not what I expected it to be like since they hardly all get along and act immature. They may throw good parties, but at a few of them some short kid with freakishly large glasses that were the same size as his face would follow me and my girlfriends around and make us feel so uncomfortable to even be at the party. And at one point I heard one of their alumni snuck in to a Pi Kap party and tried stealing something from their house but got caught. Seems disappointing to know they still act immature even after somehow being able to get a degree

They are very beautiful classy girls. For the most part smart girls who are also social. I highly recommend this house to incoming girls
