The Thetas at UI are extremely sociable and friendly. Grades are a top priority in their house and they had zero delinquent members last year. They're classy but know how to have a good time.

They run the show. They don't drink hard alcohol that much but they make up for it with their looks and awesome parties. Definitely the best house on campus

Top house on campus. The girls are smart classy drop dead gorgeous and are actually sisters. Other houses please keep hating because everyone else knows you suck! Best house on campus.
