Theta is a very middle tier house. They have girls who seem like they would be in a higher house like Gamma Phi, and girls who seem like they should've been probably in KD. Very nice girls, but don't seem to diversify where they go out - tons of thetas go to Phi Delt and not really anywhere else. If they would be more choosey during rush, they really have the potential to be a top house.

Anyone who says that any house "does not go out" is lying and they know it. Gamma Phi's go everywhere as opposed to sticking at one fraternity, so to one who does not pay attention to their surroundings, it would appear that there aren't a ton of GPhis out. Those who are saying that Gamma Phi is boring and a bad house are quite simply insecure in their own sisterhood and feel the need to put good houses down. Gamma Phi in my opinion is not the top house on campus, but would probably be 4th.
