Although they will be getting a new house don't be fooled, there grades are terrible with their reputation. If you join you should know that you won't last in college long and will drop before the end of your first year. All my friends that went DZ are gone, they wanted out asap. New house can't hide he true colors.

My little is an A Phi and i love her to death but the stuff that some members go through is ridiculous. Its really sad that if any sorority gets "kicked out" it will most likely be them. A lot of the stuff on here is true about the sisterhood and their 2face attitudes. I love a handful of them but their leadership, double standards, and advisors are an embarrassment to their national organization. Sorry ladies but its true.

Great group of guys! I see they are getting rid of the bad apples they had in the house before. I enjoy going over there and not worrying about feeling uncomfortable. Brotherhood is great, no matter the differences, they will always have each others backs. They have some great members who are super passionate about the house and will stop at nothing to make sure it always involved. Socials are original and creative a huge part has to do with their social chair. Casino night is the best social!
