They could use Snap Bids where a house has not met quota. They would not have to have attended Pref Night This would be decided by Panhellenic if the school guarantees it. Tho I wonder how they get enough PNM to attend parties of some houses as the week goes on.

The girls last year were placed through the Rho Chis and the chapters. I think this means chapters were reached out to for girls that were going to be dropped completely. I don't know if chapters that they hadn't seen all week took them or if the chapters for preference Night agreed to take on an additional girl. I don't remember girls saying they suddenly were bid by houses they hadn't seen since the beginning so maybe they were just taken by one of the last two. Pepp likes to call this no girl left behind. They limit the amount the chapter can take to make it fair for al the chapters. Otherwise by end week some chapters would have no girls. This is from my experience last year.
