Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Pepperdine University - PU 3.5 Sig Ep is full of mostly great guys, but there are some odd ones that are rude as hell and should've ended up in Psi U. They love Aphi and Theta but you will see girls of every affiliation at their parties. Honestly one of the best frats at Pepperdine but we'll see how pc 21 goes

Trashy girls with no class who baby the entire frat for validation. sig ep was doing well in 2018 but now is so undesirable

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Pepperdine University - PU 3.5 Some really great guys, some party animals, and some guys who just seem off. Castle is not the nicest and some really sketchy stuff has gone on at their parties. Most guys are really down to earth and genuine though!

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Pepperdine University - PU 3.0 Nice dudes but slightly creepy. Very stereotypically fratty. They have a rep on campus that you'll understand if you ever meet/interact with them. Some are wicked smart and big chillers. Looking at people in their brotherhood, its easy to wonder how both of the people ended up in the same frat since they are so starkly different. They always take massive PCs and do a spring rush as well. Parties are fun.

Castle could use a serious renovation tho so they can be featured on the next “trending houses” episode. Make it happen

Super friendly guys and their parties are better than ATOs ( speaking from plenty of experience ). Most of them drive really cool cars so dates are extra fun;) I see them jumping in rankings over the next few years after getting to know they're most recent PCs. Some of their older guys were a little wack but the newest guys are super fun!
