Theta is all around amazing! They go super hard for philanthropies which is fun, and all the girls seem like they genuinely like each other! They party a lot and are super social but also get ranked with the highest or second highest GPA's every year. Girls with a good reputation that know how to have fun

Idrk a lot of thetas but the ones ik are cool. I dated a theta and i dated someone from dg and i can say from experience that thetas are way more grounded if u actually want a real girlfriend. But if u wanna have fun short term then go for a kappa dg or aphi. I also like the tridelts i feel like tridelt and theta are same tier. More of date to marry girls. But thats not really appreciated as much in college ig so do whatever just dont date a dg there’s something off ab them. My relationship w theta ended worse but i dont regret it as much as the dg. Probably the reason girls outside of dg dont like dg everyone warned me idk
