Very timely that all of the most recent comments about Theta are being posted after the last school year when incoming PNM's start researching houses at Pepperdine. Scroll back a couple pages to see all of the rates in green. Pretty obvious who is threatened by this incredible chapter. Super sad that other sororities are taking the time to trash talk a house that has turned itself around in the last couple of years when they are supportive themselves....is anyone going to mention that they just won SORORITY OF THE YEAR, PHILANTHROPY OF THE YEAR, PRESIDENT OF THE YEAR, and that their latest new member class had the HIGHEST GPA out of all other classes?!Thetas are smart, real, and fun and are leaders on campus. In general, if you're about to go through recruitment, judge every house by your conversations with them, not by the inconsistent comments on here.

Honestly I am confused by all the good rankings on here. DG has gone downhill in the last 3 year and doesn’t share a strong sisterhood at all. That’s why so many DGs drop. Most of the people I know that are DGs wish they had prefed pi phi or Kappa.

I missed some classes and the kappa next to me offered her notes without asking and explained everything I missed. Super sweet girl. Totally changed my opinion. Some may be snobby but not all of them are.

These girls are absolutely incredible. they are authentic and kind and they care about so much more than greek life. without a doubt the most tigh knit group on campus. pi phis LOVE each other and make that known. pi phi almost never has girls drop. these are truly the girls who can do it all. they are goofy but will have deep conversations with you. they go out on the weekends but will be sure to talk about faith with you. frinedly and inclusive. pi phis are amazing
