frat ranks

Traditional Top 5 in no order: Sigep, phi delt, sigma chi, SAE, lambda. Based on size, money, participation etc.

Frats are usually group in tiers. Top. Middle bottom. There are good chapters in each group. Depends on if you want a big, medium or small sized frat. Small frats can be social but might not do much with sororities etc.

top
1. sig chi - well rounded house, probably the most "frat" frat at osu

2. lambda - some say they're falling off but their parties are still always packed. women love them

3. phi delt - being dry hurts them a little but their new frat house/live out seems to be doing well. active in philo.

4. sae - always seem to be getting in trouble and their house is kinda far off campus but when they throw people usually show up. throw with sig chi alot which helps. really only relevant socially, not much else.

upper mid
5. phi psi - could be top but they're under investigation for something right now ive heard. guys are nice and so is the house. pretty good in philo also.

6. pi kapp - all around solid house.

mid

7. pike - been doing very active in philo this year, but new mc is a little odd. parties are very hit or miss

8. Fiji - have been climbing last few years. dry house and a small live out so not very active socially. some cool guys in there though

9. sig ep - poor sig ep, very nice guys but have been getting hit hard by nationals. hopefully they can recover

lower mid
10. d chi - their paint party seems to always be fun for freshmen in the fall but that's really it

11. tke - they just started and are very small but I've heard their parties are pretty fun for the size. hopefully could be good in the future. very active in philanthropy
