So funny to me that phi delt doesn’t even dirty rush at their house and has to do it around the corner. Imagine giving a house tour just to have to walk to a liveout to dirty rush since you’re dry lmao. Feel bad for whoever joins them bc they were force fed booze

But SAE said they had a special IFC permit to allow alcohol at rush events. Why don’t other houses just apply for the same permit?
