Phi Delt's rep?

Seems like a lot of people disagree on whether phi delta theta is good or not. Can some people give their thoughts for someone rushing this fall?

Used to be a strong house (one of the top 5) and very involved until about 5 years ago. They were suspended for a year after a massive police raid (over 100 citations for underage drinking etc). Came back and never really recovered. They don’t participate much and sort of are the stoner house.

They’re good. Better than average. Just not one of the top. For the right person they are a great fit.

Solid mid tier house. Stoner vibes and overall nice guys.
