I don't believe they have the proper permits or plans to be doing this type of major work. I am going directly to the city to file a complaint.

I have looked online and do not see all the proper permitting. Maybe some but not the important health and safety approvals. Short cuts are not acceptable when it comes to student housing.

We snuck in the TKE house a few nights ago to check it out. They are making a f-ing palace inside that place. TKE will do well if they do indeed come back in the fall
