Pricing at Oregon State

I was looking at the costs of fraternities at OSU. I saw the live in cost fee as well as the live out costs. I was wondering if there are other fees needed to join a fraternity that was not listed on the website

There are national fees like initiation and pledging. Social dues are strictly local. There is also a national insurance fee etc.

About how much does that all add up to?

I paid like $500 in dues a term and $400 a month for live in

i was spending a lot on alcohol too. probably capped out at like $300-400 a term including impulse(pre-closure), clods, and portland bars like white owl
