by: RusheeWhat is their reputation at Oregon State? Are they considered a top house? Middle? Low? Good socials? Parties? Philanthropy? Their house looks super nice from what I’ve seen from their virtual house tour video on IG and I’m curious to learn what everyone else thinks about them.

Used to be top like Lambda, Sigep, Sigs and SAE. Now definitely middle. Closed for a year due to massive drinking issues. Never recovered after that. Sort of smoker vibe. Don’t do much. No parties...dry house. Only major fraternity that couldn’t get a sorority partner for the big annual sing show (it’s a huge deal here).

On the larger side, beautiful but dry house. They host parties at a live-out house. They are sometimes considered a "big 5" with some combo of sig ep, sigma chi, SAE, phi psi, and lambda, but are pretty comparable to pi kapps in terms of size and popularity. Their philanthropy is the white carnation pageant supporting Be The Match. Did sing in 2019 but couldn't get a partner for 2018 or 2020. Lots of alumni money keeps them going even if their members are lacking.
