Housed vs unhoused

With DU closing their house and TKE not open yet, the number of unhoused Frats is growing. Aepi, Beta, DU, Farmhouse, Delta Tau Delta, and Alpha Sigma Phi currently with no house. Theta Chi doesn’t look like they can fill theirs. Anyone else closing the building this year (not the chapter)?

What’s happening to DU? Why are they “closing their house”? Just a curious question from a rushee who is currently exploring all options.

DU can no longer afford to stay in their house with the amount of members they currently have. If they are able to grow this year, they may move back in eventually, but I think they have rented the house out to a christian men's group for this school year.
