depends on what you mean by top, best grades, biggest, best looking, hardest ragers etc?

Phi delts, Sigma chi, Sigep, SAE, and Phi psi's alright..

id say sigep , phi psi, EX,
sig ep is more about grades and is a dry house.
phi psi is a good balance but more towards partys,
EX is about partying.

Sigma Chi, Phi Delt, SAE

It depends on what you're looking for but pretty much every house blows except for Sigma Chi or Lambda, Phi Delts and SPE. SAE used to be solid but they got a pathetically small rush class in 2013, and have fallen off the map since. Phi Psi is where you go if you're looking for a really nice house to drink and can't get a bid from Sigma Chi or Lambda. They started to get a lot of members solely because they'll bid anyone and they attract people with their nice new house. Most of the guys in their house suck, but they have a ton of members.

Sigma Chi- easily the frattiest house on campus and they throw the best parties. one of the biggest frats, and other than the parties, they don't have much to brag about other than their fairly nice big house. generally respected.
Lambda- a mix of all different kinds of guys. one of the biggest frats, known mostly for winning greek competitions and being present on campus. they're generally respected by other houses but don't throw as many big parties.
Phi Delt- solid group of guys, big house, but not too active and they have a dry house which is their main downfall. their live out parties are fun but no comparison to partying in the actual house.
SPE- great house on paper, win chapter of the year every year. always best grades and they run student gov. most frats hate them, and they're laughed at for having no parties because their house is dry and none of them can drink.

I wouldn't waste your time rushing other houses
