Classes are generational. Gen Z freshmen want a different experience than Gen Y etc. our nationals had a training session on what new members want out of their experience. Gen Z (anyone born after 2000). Gen Z want “user generated content”. They want to help create their own experience. So sitting them in the same old pledge Ed meetings etc doesn’t work. Where Generation Y wants “strong family bonds” Generation Z wants “interlinked community” etc. IMO you’ve got to understand who they are.
