why is phi delt considered relevant in any way now?

At this point Phi Delt has to be the fastest falling house on campus. On here people talk about how "top" they are, yet reality is different. Not once have I heard a girl talk about going to a Phi Delt party this year, their numbers are lower, they didn't get a SING partner, and they don't really have any sort of relevant event or philanthropy going for them. Decent grades is really all they have. Lower Middle.

Still better than phi psi. They didn’t get a sing partner for a show that never happened. Best “do over” opp ever.

Word is houses will be allowed to retain their same partners for next year, so that will be two years without one for Phi Delt, meanwhile Phi Psi gets to partner again with AXO, one of the top 3 srats.

There’s no “word”. This isn’t some spy network. And pretty sure AXO is looking to get a new partner after seeing what losers they had this year. It’s open bidding again. Same as last year.
