new detailed frat rankings 2019

Well it’s almost that time again, so here we go. The spots within tiers don’t matter, and are random. Each of the top, upper mid, and middle tier houses will be given a brief description.
TOP TIER:
Phi Kappa Psi: Extremely classy and genuine guys, that combined with a great parties and OG Row as well as the nicest house on campus solidly them as a top tier house.
Lambda: Absolutely huge chapter with nearly 200 members, which causes their brotherhood to suffer badly. Make up for this with great parties and a lot of involvement. Very diverse house.
Sigep: Great physical house, best grades, and very genuine guys. They’re known as gentlemen on campus.
Upper Mid:
Phi Delt: They have a great brotherhood due to being a smaller house, but lose points because they aren’t too involved, are dry, and kind of just smoke weed. Good liveout parties.
SAE: Would be top tier if they were more involved and had better grades. Sort of just drink and party, but very popular.

Except for Phi psi. They've never been top and based on grades and performance they won't be this year either.
Lambdas brotherhood doesn't suffer (have you seen them show up for philanthropies etc? It's epic)
Phi delt doesn't just smoke weed etc. notice the only house a negative wasn't listed for was the sketchy Phi psis? What a troll!

Seriously. Open your eyes. The way they creep on girls and the comments theyve made on their group me texts are incredibly offensive and inappropriate. Stop asking for proof that they are D-bags and see what everyone else sees. Their UO chapter got outed for the very same group me comments. They ALL do it. It's a Phi Psi standard

You creating your own rankings and bumping it multiple times doesn't make these new, accurate or anything but sheer fiction. Tell how Phi psi is top with their grades, no wins etc
