No lambda would say that unless he's playing you. My roommates dad is on the lambda alum board. She's says they want to start before Osu builds on the lot/park across the street from lambda which has a 2021 start date.

LXA will be constructing the largest fraternity house on the west coast. The 150,000 sf property will be triple the size of Phi Psi and include 30 single en-suite residences, 50 double en-suite suite residences and 30 triple en-suite residences that will accommodate over 200 members. The entire basement will be a 23,000 sf party/game room larger than any bar in Corvallis, other amenities include a gym, media room, library and study room, chapter room, full commercial kitchen and dining area to seat up to 500 people. Rooftop covered jacuzzi and pool. All moneys have been raised for this 11 million project and construction will commence spring 2020.

A lot of that information is fake. The house as a whole will be 30,000 Sq ft, and you exaggerated a lot. It will house only 60 with 30 double rooms. Straight from a Lambda on exec board, he told me it’s still 5-10 years away.

Good one. While the sq footage is approx, building time is not 10 years. Lambda already is looking at options for housing during building.

hope that gym is not true...if theres a gym in the house it automatically becomes a dry house legally lol
