rushing phi psi

I hear they are upper middle to a top house. How are their parties? How hard is it to get a bid? Thoughts?

They are a solid middle house. Top houses in no particular order are SAE, Sigma Chi, Phi Delt, Lambda and Sigep. Depending on who you talk to, they are probably dry/on probation. It is fantastically easy to get a bid there. Just tell them you are interested in living in as soon as possible.

They aren’t on probation idiot and they’re AT LEAST upper middle tier. Not easy to get a bid. Only about 10% get bids to Phi Psi.

You’re saying if 30 guys rush only 3 get bids? Lol. Good one. Upper middle, middle middle...still just middle. Btw. Only looks like a handful are rushing this spring at any of the houses.

In Fall, usually 200+ rush Phi Psi. Getting a bid there is like winning the lottery. Girls love them, they have the nicest house. Amazing basement.
