rushing phi psi

They are a solid middle house. Top houses in no particular order are SAE, Sigma Chi, Phi Delt, Lambda and Sigep. Depending on who you talk to, they are probably dry/on probation. It is fantastically easy to get a bid there. Just tell them you are interested in living in as soon as possible.

In Fall, usually 200+ rush Phi Psi. Getting a bid there is like winning the lottery. Girls love them, they have the nicest house. Amazing basement.

They aren’t on probation idiot and they’re AT LEAST upper middle tier. Not easy to get a bid. Only about 10% get bids to Phi Psi.
