is sigma chi currently dry?

It seems like everyone on here is saying Sigma Chi is still dry/ on probation. But the OSU official rush info thing says they're not: (Last page, under alcohol permitted/not permitted).

(Tried to link OSU's rush info page but it's getting blocked by greekrank's spam filter.)

Anyone know what the deal is?

they might be “dry” in the eyes of the university but they are definitely
still drinking and partying in the house lol
