what fraternities don't have a live in requirement?

Anyone know which fraternities don't have a live in requirement for new pledges?
I'm rushing spring term & already have an apartment I really like by campus.

Some fraternities may grant an exception or you pay a little more like a parlor fee to live out. Ask when you rush what their policy is etc

Delta Tau Delta doesn't have one

Delts (Delts Tau Delta) doesn’t have one and they’re the biggest frat on campus without a house. Beta doesn’t have one either. That might be it.
