junior

How common is it for juniors(girls) to go through recruitment? Are there instances were juniors end up completely bidless (if they don't withdraw themselves obviously). Also is grade/year dependent on age or credit hours? For example if someone is 20/21 but at sophomore credit standing does that make them a sophomore of junior?

Each woman is evaluated individually using purposes and policies unique to each sorority chapter. You may certainly join recruitment as a junior, but with sophomore credit standing you are considered a sophomore. There are never guaranteed bids for anyone. Time, and financial, availability toward sorority obligations will be important if you are given a bid.
