It feels like putting houses into order is too difficult so I think we should put them into tiers instead. There is no particular order inside the tiers.
Top
SigEp,Phi Delts
Lower Top
Lambda, SAE
Upper Middle
Phi Psi, Phi Kapps, DU, Theta Chi
Middle
FIJI, ATO, Acacia, Sigma Pi
Lower Middle
Sigma Chi (they'll be much higher once they can rebuild), ASig, PIKE, TKE
Bottom
Delta Chi, Sigma Nu, Kappa Sigma
Lower Bottom
KDR, DTD, FH

But so do lambda and they're upper mid lower top as well. Although both houses have some bad apples and weirdos, the fact that they have a lot of guys make them lower top

Really. Since when is "upper mid lower top" a thing? That's 4 levels...just stop. Really, no one cares and no one bases this so called positioning on anything. For sing, the same houses rotate every five years etc. everyone has their favorites.
