The best and the worst of Houses most listed:
Sigma Phi Epsilon
Best: Great grades and still can party
Worst: Can't party in the house
Reputation: "The guys you marry"
Lambda Chi Alpha
Best: Textbook what a fraternity should look like, super involved and still party
Worst: Very evident problem of choosing quantity over quality
Reputation: "High school nobody's trying to be somebody's"
Sigma Alpha Epsilon
Best: Party hard, popular
Worst: Bad reputation of being creepy/rapey
Reputation: "High school jocks"
Phi Delta Theta
Best: Back on campus and killing it in philanthropy recently, good for you. Party but stay involved while keeping a cool vibe
Worst: Can't party in the house and on probation
Reputation: "Party/Rave guys"
Phi Kappa Psi
Best: Very new house
Worst: Creepy sometimes, very hot basement
Reputation: "Super lowkey guys who can be themselves but still party"
Sigma Chi
Best: Huge parties with huge house, "the most lovable douches"
Worst: Lost a ton of members due to membership review, on probation, can come off stuck up
Reputation: "Looks but nothing else"
Pi Kappa Phi
Best: Very nice guys with a very nice, cool, big house
Worst: On probation, think they are better than they really are, hazing?
Reputation: "Gym rats", "stereotypical frat guy"
Delta Upsilon
Best: Big house, cool backyard, good average guys
Worst: Spiking drinks rumors all years
Reputation: "Super lowkey, attractive, nice guys"

Sigep...they don't party (where would they?...at their live outs?)....that's such a joke. They have had the best grades for 30+ years...
Lambda...did NOT take quantity over quality, as evidenced by grades and participation and that is NOT their reputation....wow...hate lambda much? BTW...they need a new house...
SAE...high school jocks who are no longer competitive, better parties. Not super involved on campus though...but then, they don't care about that.
Phi Psi...yes, they have a new building, but can we talk about their efforts in philanthropies etc? These guys are always contenders when it comes to competition.
Sigma Chi's day of partying are over if they want to stay open...lol. Reputation: pledge stealers
Pi Kapp...literally no one (except themselves) think they are gym rats. Nicer house (building than most...maybe more traditional)

Lambda and sae have both showed up on fail Friday last year and 2 years ago sigma chi got featured on tfm 3 times... don't remember the lambda throwing up on the girl mid picture?

I can honestly say that I am my entire PC not only had bids from Lambda Chi but also each of the following fraternities among others, SAE,SIGMA CHI,SIG EP,PHI DELT. When you compare them to Lambda Chi well honestly there is no comparison. Lambda Chi is at the top of the pyramid with no one else even close. Lambda Chi Alpha is the Gold Standard by which all other fraternities are judged.
