What frats are can i rush for in summer?

Check their websites. Some do more in summer than others...sigep, sae, lambda chi, phi delts all rush pretty hard during the summer.

A ton of houses have a summer rush schedule that they'll put on their social media (mostly facebook). If you're a freshmen then check the emails chapters will be sending you.

Want a big frat or small? Old or new? KDR, DTD, Sigma Nu, Delta Chi will be smaller. You get to play a bigger role...SIgep, SAE, Phi Delt, Lambda are big. Over 100 members. They prob do more stuff, but tougher to get into...

Which frats are on probation? Do they tell you that during rush?

All houses who are able to rush are not on suspension. As for probation, there are two types of it, city probation and school probation. A lot of houses are on city probation and it honestly means nothing, if you're not on some sort of probation what are you even doing. As for school probation all active houses that are on social probation are getting off of it this year so it really doesn't matter anymore compared to last year

Sigma Pi is on probation for the entire term.
Acacia is on probation until late October.
Sigma Chi and Phi Delta are still under watch from the University but don't have any rules against them currently that I can occur.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much about probation though. There still will be parties, just not at the house and once the probation is up both houses are sure to have a fun week of partying.
