Absolutely awful house with zero potential. Weird guys, no social life, bad old house, bad nationals… the list goes on. Hell even sig pi or k sig would be a little better.

Theta Chi is a solid fraternity with a strong brotherhood and active social scene. They’re known for being friendly, involved, and throwing good parties. While not always top-tier, they have a great presence on campus and a welcoming vibe.

even though it’s not the biggest house on campus it’s got heart, they are definitely growing right now, I’ve seen a major uplift in their parties over the past few years.

House stays incredibly clean even after socials/brotherhoods. There is a very noticeable balance between working hard n partying hard. House will only continue to grow and add more value to Greek life on campus
