Theta Chi threw really good parties fall term and day fades spring term, only thing is, their guys are either really cool, chill and nice, or super duper creepy. Their basement is one of the best and what I picture whenever I think of a "frat basement" Haven't heard much about their involvement, they seem to participate but never come close to winning.

I don't really go to Theta Chi often, but it's not cause they're bad people. They are quickly growing and have a pretty nice house. All super down to earth guys as well. It will be interesting to see how they grow in the future cause I could certainly see them becoming a solid Upper Middle House in the next two years or so. They could do it easily.

Great guys, really lit parties and very easy to chat with. Basement is perfect for parties but the pole is gone so that sucks
