Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 2.9 I went to a party they hosted and it was fun and all but there was this one guy who had this weird name I cant remember, but anyways he thought it was a good idea to throw a rock through my roommate’s car windows... clearly he was successful but wasnt successful getting any that night. 0/10
