Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 1.0 Oh Kelsey. Nobody hates them. They are too irrelevant to be hated. They are simply try hard wannabes that fail. Our house had a dinner swap with them and it was a flat-out disaster. No class and a poor showing. Not a way to impress anyone.
