Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 1.0 No one gives af about basements. This house is nowhere near the top of any ranking except most annoying inane posts that mean absolutely nothing. Other than some dedicated troll who monitors this site 24/7 there simply isn’t a phi psi worth talking about. Frankly, after the Oregon Phi Psi and Swarthmore Phi Psi documents discovered, you have to wonder at the kind of people who join here. Creepy af.
