Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 4.8 Pretty much every interaction I've had with one of there members has been really positive. Kinda surprising is how smart some of them are; you wouldn't guess it based on how much many of them party. House is dry but they have plenty of live out ragers.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 2.4 Sorry to say Phidelts, but between the fact that your house is in horrible shape and can't drink in your house really subtracts points from your house as a frat. Yes, the guys are nice but if they don't step up their social game and community involvement, their recruitment will suffer severely.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 4.2 So impressed with these Men's brotherhood. They are never rude or disrespectful to sorority women. Even though they are a dry house their live out is super fun and they are still one of the biggest groups at shasta. They have a good variety of personalities but still manage to get along.
