Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 2.9 My friends and I hung out with a few of the dudes here because they were less heard of and they were very friendly and we had a good time. Not a party house but fun for small kickbacks. The house smells like weed and is pretty dirty, friendly guys overall. This is the place to come to chill out but the president is apparently really mean and doesn’t get along w many of the members!
