Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 4.4 Fairly small house (I heard their pc only had 13 guys) but they party harder than anyone. They are great hosts for functions and their basement is out of this world. Overall really nice guys who make it their priority that everyone has a good time. Maybe not top house, but they are knocking on lamda and phi delts door if they can get more involved in philanthropy.

Fairly small house (I heard their pc only had 13 guys) but they party harder than anyone. They are great hosts for functions and their basement is out of this world. Overall really nice guys who make it their priority that everyone has a good time. Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 4.4 Chi Phi really stepped up their game lately and it shows. The guys in the house are really respectful and lax, makes for a very welcoming atmosphere every time we are all over there. I have not seen a better party basement out of all the frats at OSU. They know how to have one hell of a party down there. But please, bring back Chi Phi Thursdays!

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 4.6 easily the top house in Corvallis, all of the guys are super chill and welcoming unlike almost every other frat. they are one of the few houses i can bring my GF and her friends too because they feel comfortable. all of the bad things i have heard were abolished the first day i went over there and they have PHENOMENAL parties.
