These boys (I hesitate to call them men) have no class or manners of any kind. They are crude and openly offensive toward other fraternities and often the women they are with as well.

Probably at or near the bottom. They have very little to recommend them. There are few of them and the ones they have include some pretty weird guys.

The Delta Chi chapter at OSU is on the rise. They are making house improvements, their numbers are going up, and they really know how to have a good time.
