Sorry to say Phidelts, but between the fact that your house is in horrible shape and can't drink in your house really subtracts points from your house as a frat. Yes, the guys are nice but if they don't step up their social game and community involvement, their recruitment will suffer severely.

Coming from someone in a different house, DU is a great fraternity. They have great involvment, work their asses off to place in sorority philanthropies without dropping a check, (I won't say names but the house that does rhymes with rammed-a-guy),and are on their way to being a top tier house despite the fact that there house can't match up to Phipsi's or Sigeps.

DG's are one of the top houses on campus. They have one of the best grades and have some of the most down to earth girls I know. They aren't fake and try to support everyone's philantrophies. They are all real and fun to party with.

used to be top tier but the girls arent as hot. and ya they support the philanthropies but thats about it. they are nice and chill to hang out with but definitely not one of our favorites

Sigma Chi is so much fun! All the guys are respectful and are focused on their studies, but on the weekends nobody parties like them!! And not to mention very good looking

these guys are my favorite to hang out with. they are so smart, chill, and honestly great guys. yes they are a dry house but that doesnt mean they dont know how to party. great guys and i would date any of them.
