Throw good parties, but are always drunk or high. Don't follow through on things and are late, need to show more class. The newer members are nice, but the upperclassmen need to get their lives together.

These guys are all very genuine and like to help others out including those not just in their house. They have quite a few members but each one is very genuine when it comes to conversing. They seem to have a foothold in places all around campus and most people know at least a couple of them and speak very highly of them. Crazy about grades and they are very classy gentlemen. Keep it up SPEs

Definitely the best house by far and away. Not the most sociable/ partier guys, but the best college men you'll find.

Girls all seem nice, they seem to like each other but they can be rude to others and on an individual level are really dramatic and not worth the the drama.
