Met a couple Sig Ep’s through friends and they are really friendly and good hearted guys! Definitely rising. They have good grades, a great house and are very welcoming guys. :)

Why are these guys popular!? Havent been to SAE yet only a liveout and left immediately after two dudes kept insisting on giving us “shots”. Similar vibes to Sigma Chi and Pi Kappa Phi. Ladies and rushers beware, this house is full of sketchy alcoholics! Has a really bad reputation here from what I heard.

Honestly these guys are underrated!! Met a few Sigma Pi’s and they were really friendly and took my friends and I out to their house. Some of the guys are awkward but some of the others are nice and social. Cute house dog and clean house.They seem to have a good relationship with one another. We will definitely be coming back!

My friends and I hung out with a few of the dudes here because they were less heard of and they were very friendly and we had a good time. Not a party house but fun for small kickbacks. The house smells like weed and is pretty dirty, friendly guys overall. This is the place to come to chill out but the president is apparently really mean and doesn’t get along w many of the members!

I took 2 other girls with me and we just left a different frat and this house ruined our night. The guys there have big egos and think they’re everything. They touch girls constantly and scare them away. The house has no diversity and all the guys have the same personality. Not to mention the dim lighting in the house, creepy vibes. Dudes here don’t understand what the word No means and kept making racial remarks. We aren’t going back, Sigma Chi is falling. Ladies and guys rushing beware!!!

My friends and I loved this house!! The guys there were so welcoming and friendly and the parties pop. Heard this house was amongst the top and its clearly true. We love Lambda Chi!!

My friends and I tried giving this house a chance since they have been going down hill but heard their parties were good. They have boring parties and their house smells horrible, not to mention everyone in here barely gets by with grades. At least the guys are friendly and welcoming & seem to have a good relationship with one another. Barely mid tier
