Honestly, this is a great house. The girls nice, hot, and great to party with. They are super involved in everyone's philanthropies and do a ton on campus. And they are always hanging out with their sisters. Seems like a good year for them.

I love the guys in this fraternity. All the guys are really nice and I feel very comfortable going over to their house at all times of the day.
